AAD Cars Rental service terms

1. Reservations & confirmation

Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. A reservation is only confirmed after we receive the required documentation, deposit, and written approval from our team.

2. Driver eligibility

All drivers must meet the minimum age requirement (21 years), hold a valid driving licence, and provide identification. Additional drivers must also register and may incur an administrative fee.

3. Payments & deposits

Rental fees, deposits, and fines are payable via the approved payment methods outlined in your invoice. Security deposits are refundable once the vehicle is inspected and government fines are cleared.

4. Vehicle use

Vehicles must be operated responsibly, within permitted regions, and only by approved drivers. Off-road use, racing, towing, or illegal activities void insurance coverage and the renter is fully liable for damages.

5. Cancellations & extensions

Cancellations should be requested in writing. Fees may apply based on notice period and preparations made. Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged before the original return time.

6. Liability & insurance

Standard insurance covers accidental damage within policy limits. The renter is responsible for deductibles, negligence, or violations. Immediate notification is required in case of accidents, theft, or police involvement.
